Review on service on mu Buick Regal

I brought my Buick and dropped it off on a Sunday night, and received a call on the Monday telling me their mechanic was tied up finishing a job and would not be able to look at mine till he wrapped up the previous job. He was able to diagnosis my car on Wednesday and repairs were done on Thursday. This was the second time I brought it in for the same issue. The first time I spent over $600.00 and acted up again after driving a week. Second time was over $1300.00. As of right now, car seems fixed, runs great and performs great!

Mismatched set of tires

Purchased a used truck, 2021 model with less than 50K miles, after all the issues that they just seemed unable to get done. I got home with the vehicle to clean in myself and noticed that the truck had a mismatched set of tires. 3 of one tire and one of a different brand. I complained and of course they said the tire is in good condition and nothing more will be done. Very disappointing to say the least.

I received excellent service buying a new vehicle with Dustyn Manuel. I will definitely refer anyone I know to go to Sterling and ask for him. Also received excellent service from Adrien, sales manager. The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely buy another car from them.

Found my truck on the dealership's website. The sale price and the GMC incentives made it a very attractive deal. The salesman who contacted me was Lance Hanks. He arranged a meeting to view the truck. I found Lance very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked if the website disclosed that the truck was a Demo. It didn't. Lance told me the truck was used as a loner vehicle to customers who were having their vehicles worked on. The truck had less than 4,000 miles on it and Lance said it was being sold as new, with the full warranty. I was good with that. All in all the entire experience was good. They helped me get my notes where I wanted them. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and arranged to have a spray in bed liner included. I'll be back!

Bought a 2018 Ram 1500 on December 29, 2017

I purchased my new Ram after a friend of mine bought one and told me about their service. My entire deal was struck over the phone and I picked up my truck without even test driving it. But that is a quirk of mine! They were Southwest Autoplex back in December but were already changing over to Sterling motors. They gave me lifetime free oil changes and since I only get to Jennings when I have court, they agreed to take me to court if I dropped the truck at their dealership.Very impressive to me.
