To assemble this Groundhog Day craft for Kindergarten, start with the large brown circle as the head.

1. Layer the PINK circles inside two BROWN circles. Tuck them in behind the top of the head and secure them with glue.

2. Add two BROWN circles to the bottom. Glue them down in the front. Add black marks to make it look like hands.

3. Next, add BLACK smaller circles inside two WHITE circles. These are the eyes. Place them on the face of the groundhog. Test their location before you glue them down.

4. Finally, add one BLACK circle to the back of two BROWN circles to make a cute little nose. Glue this collection down below the eyes.

5. Add two teeth under the nose to make a hidden mouth.

Voila – you’ve got a charming groundhog ready to predict the weather!

Predict With The Groundhog Day Craft
