EARNED POINTS DELETED. I've been going to EWC for more than a year now and have earned several points toward future waxes, product, etc. I went in this week to find out that corporate decided to deleted almost all of them. Complete BS! If you change your policy, fine, but don't go back and take what I've earned. I'm only giving 2 starts because I love Rhys and the poor ladies at the front desk who are left to deliver this crappy news to customers while corporate decision makers hide behind their desks. Decisions that show how little they care about their customers!

I love my usual lady, Catherine. However she was out and I needed my eyebrows done so I booked with another lady. I was very disappointed in the results and had to redo them myself at home. She basically waxed my eyelid and not my actual eyebrow. She also left a bald spot on my eyebrow. I will never book again with anyone other than Catherine as she truly does the best job. The other lady was also not very welcoming.

If you are going for your first visit I recommend having Ty'Isha be your wax specialist! She does my eyebrows and my Brazilian!!!!

Hands-down this is the worst experience I've ever had I've been getting wax for 16 years and the receptionist at this location are so unbelievably rude and condescending horrible experience highly do not recommend
