- Your Clothing/Uniform Allowance is P6,000, and you will receive a Mid-year Bonus equivalent to one-month basic salary.

- Your Performance-Based Bonus will range from 50-65% of your basic monthly salary, depending on your school performance.
- You are also entitled to Proportional Vacation Pay (PVP) of 70 days during summer and Christmas break for those who have rendered complete services during the school year.
Before, your Cash/Chalk Allowance was P3,500/year/teacher. However, starting Nov. 9, 2020, Under Senate Bill 1092, it will increase to Php 5,000 for SY-2021-2022, Php 5,000 for SY 2022-2023, Php 7,500 for SY 2023-2024, and Php 10,000 for SY 2024-2025. These benefits and bonuses aim to recognize and reward your hard work and dedication as a teacher.

- You can receive a one-step increment every three years of continuous satisfactory performance.
- In addition, if you perform exceptionally well based on the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS), you can receive a two-step increment.

- If you’re assigned to hardship posts that cannot be reached by regular transportation, you can receive a Special Hardship Allowance, 15-25% of your basic salary. This allowance was increased to 25% of the monthly basic salary of the personnel last May 25, 2021. Mobile teachers and multigrade teachers can also receive this allowance.
- If you teach overload subjects, you may receive honoraria subject to the availability of funds. You are also entitled to leave privileges such as maternity, paternity, and study leave.
- Depending on your LGU, you may also receive additional incentives and allowances.
- You can also accumulate vacation service credits of up to 15 days per year.
- For mobile teachers, a transportation allowance of P2,000 per month is provided by the Program Support Fund.
